Jim Woodford is the CEO of AmeriSpec Orange Coast. He has owned and operated this AmeriSpec office since 1988. With over 31 years of home inspection experience and over 20,000 inspections preformed, Jim oversees the training of each of inspector and their ongoing education.
COO / Vice President
Justin Woodford is the COO of AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspection Service, Inc. He has co-owned this AmeriSpec office since 2000. With over 24 years of home inspection experience and over 15,000 inspections preformed, Justin continues to perform inspections.
Ed has been inspecting homes in the Southern California for AmeriSpec since 1988. He is our most senior inspector who has completed over 25,000 residential inspections. With over 30 years in the inspection industry, he remains current on building standards with training offered by AmeriSpec Inc.
Dario was born and raised in Orange County, CA. Before getting into the home inspection industry, Dario was a finish carpenter for 15 years. He began his career with AmeriSpec Orange Coast Home Inspections in 2008. He now has over 11 years of home inspection experience and thousands of inspections.
Born and raised in Orange County and brought up in a real estate minded family, Brian’s strong background and knowledge of real estate transactions is a perfect match for the home inspection industry. With over 20 years of inspecting, he has performed over 15,000 inspections.
Keith is a third generation Master painter. After his 5 years of apprenticeship, he then started his own business in 1998. In 2010, he began training in martial arts. Now, with his dedication to quality, customer service and attention to detail, it makes him an excellent addition to our staff.
Before starting a career with AmeriSpec, Tom had retired from the fire department of the city of San Clemente. He also worked over 10 years as sales manager with a local True Value hardware store. Tom's background of public safety and customer service that fits well with the inspection business.
Connie has been in the home inspection industry since 1986, working at the AmeriSpec home office for 8 years before becoming the office Manager at AmeriSpec Orange Coast. She oversees all the office staff as well as interacts with customers on a daily basis.
Steve started inspecting for AmeriSpec in 1993. He is one of our senior inspectors with over 20,000 inspections performed. Steve worked for 14 years as a general, commercial and industrial contractor before becoming an AmeriSpec inspector.
Felicia became a member of the AmeriSpec family in October 2008 as a Report Editor/Processor. She has a strong background in customer service. Some of her many duties include scheduling inspections and detailed report writing. She remains a valued member of our team.
