Megan is phenomenal as are the team of inspectors! I appreciate that they always take the time to explain to my clients what goes into the report and some of the remedies for common problems that they see as well.

He was personable, explained what he found as he went from the roof to each floor. When completed he went over his findings again and asked if I had any questions. He waa on time. When he got to areas he couldn't expect he gave me an opportunity to move it so he could inspect it.
