I'm a very outgoing, passionate and friendly person that loves to fish. When it comes to home inspections, knowing the building anatomy of a property structure along with many years of construction experience, lead me to be a home inspector. When conducting an inspection, I look for major issues.

Married, with adult children. Previous lines of work consisted of Union carpentry (new construction) and commercial building maintenance man. Currently retired and have been Illinois licensed home inspector since 2006.
