Two weeks of in-depth franchise training at the AmeriSpec® Academy in Memphis, Tennessee, covers everything from building and growing a business to advanced technical skills.
Model House Training
A life-size replica of a home, including everything from working plumbing and electrical systems to appliances and air conditioners, gives inspectors the opportunity to examine every essential component needed to create a thorough inspection report.
We also utilize an online educational training system developed by Carson Dunlop and Associates, one of the most respected names in professional home inspection training.

- 40 hours of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) accredited online pre-academy instruction
