  8. Return signed Franchise Agreement
  9. Complete pre-academy work
  10. Attend initial training in Memphis, TN

Working capital - This capital is required prior to signing an AmeriSpec Franchise Agreement. This capital may be needed to cover initial investment costs and capital needs of the business during the start-up phase. Initial investment costs are detailed in ITEM 7 of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
