2023 in Central Oregon (Bend) has started slow in the in the home inspection business. However, it seems to be picking up steam. We've recently hired a new inspector who will be starting April 3rd. He's an experienced (7 years inspecting Bend, Oregon) inspector who we are very excited to add to the team. I'll share more information as we get closer to his start date. A recent hot topic in Bend real estate is the new home energy score requirement that passed. The city of Bend starting July 1, 2023 will require that all homes listed for sale must have a home energy score.
