Meet the Team

After being part of the AmeriSpec team for almost 10 years, Todd purchased 3 AmeriSpec franchises in 2023, one of which that had been in business since 1992. Before becoming a certified home inspector, he was in the construction industry as a supervisor of several crews and also worked for a commercial construction company where his primary responsibility was roof inspections. He is also certified by the state to perform radon testing.

Matthew spent 17 years as a drywall finisher, including 10 years running his own business and completing numerous projects in both older home remodels and new custom builds. He is certified professional inspector through ASHI, AHIT and InterNACHI, as well as licensed for radon testing. Through the years, Matthew has developed a strong passion for homes and the building sciences that goes into them, while also ensuring they are safe for the people who live in them.
